There’s no fixed response time to promise, and no ticket number or live chat — email is read and handled as it comes in. If a question is really about the safety of a specific trip, a rig, or a cave system, a local caving club, a certified instructor, or the cave’s management authority will have a more authoritative answer than this site can give; DeepCave’s tools produce general planning estimates, not safety certifications, and the site isn’t affiliated with any caving club or guiding outfit.

Before writing in about a tool result, it can help to double-check the numbers you entered — a pitch depth, a lumen figure, or a tape-and-clino reading is the most common source of a surprising answer. If it still looks wrong after that, that’s exactly the kind of message worth sending.
